Helen Haddad was born in New York and graduated from that city's prestigious
School of Art and Design. Early in her marriage she and her husband
moved to Southern California where she attended California State University
at Fullerton and worked for many years in the Los Angeles County Library
System before leaving to write full time. She is a member of EPIC,
Mystery Writers of America, the Orange County Chapter of Romance Writers
of America and Sisters in Crime. Surrounded by her large and supportive
family, Helen divides her time between Coronado Island in San Diego,
and her home in the hills above La Habra, where she lives, loves and
writes. Picture Of Guilt is her first published novel.

Postscript: The biography above was written for Helen's professional website back in 2002. Sadly, Helen passed away in October 2007, after a long battle against breast cancer. Her personal biography and eulogies can be found on the memorial section added to this website.
